Lets talk juicing.I recently did the Blue Print Cleanse, which you drink 6 different juices that include all your daily vitamins and nutrition. I didn't do the cleanse as for drastic weight loss, I simply decided that I needed to jump start healthier eating habits so a cleanse was the perfect way to refresh my eating lifestyle. Going into it I thought it'd be simple and the juices would taste like what my mom always juices for me (apples, oranges, carrots and strawberries--which is delicious) well...I was wrong.
The cleanse was an absolute success.I even decided to do it the following week for another 3-days and now I'll occasionally replace meals with the drinks because you can buy them singularly at Whole Foods or as I just buy them from FreshDirect. If you don't want to splurge on Blue Print there are Blue Print recipes so you can buy a juicer and replicate them. I've also heard great things about Suja, which I am planning to try next week...I'll let you know how it goes.
The bottles it says, you drink, we think. I work long hours and don't have time to juice so I loved the simplicity of grabbing a juice and knowing I'll get all the nutritional content I need for the day.
